Beauty Basics
Mineral Makeup Foundation 101

Step One -
Choose three foundation shades to try: one with the same color as your complexion, a lighter shade, and a slightly darker one from your skin tone.

Step Two - Apply each one on your jaw line.

Step Three - The shade that disappears or perfectly matches your skin is the right one!

Camoufleur/Camouflage Concealer: First step is to make sure you're facing your light source so you don't get shadows and end up applying concealer to dark spots that don't exist! Concealing under eye circles requires a full coverage, so use a camoufleur concealer or creme to powder concealer. To apply, use a concealer brush (synthetic bristles) to conceal from the inncer corner of you nose to the outher corner of your eye. Then, blend until you get the coverage that you desire.

Under Eyes Circle

When eye circles extend to the outer corners of your eyes, you need to be careful that your concealer does not settle into fine lines and wrinkles. Just put a little amount of BeLeeVe concealer or camoufleur concealer over dark area at the outer corner, and absolutely under no circumstance blend past that point.

Beauty Tips for Summer

Summer is nearly here and that means it's time to lighten up your makeup. Update your look with the hints of ultra-wearable eyeshadow crystals. Try a bit of bronzed shimmer on the skin, natural shimmer on eyes and lips, and don't forget the SPF.

Face: Add a healthy warm tint using a mineral bronzing powder where the sun normally hits your face: cheeks, nose and forehead. Using a blush brush, sweep a natural colored blush or a soft sorbet flush of pink across the apples of your cheeks, working back toward the hairline, then downwards to blend. Dust on a mineral luminizer powder for a summer glow. Finish with a cooling mist moisture spray for a dewy finish look and spray as needed to freshen up your skin (must have mineral beauty: Satin Glow bronzer, Sunkissed Bronzer, Mocha Delight Blush, Spice Blush, Sorbet Blush, Mauvelous Blush, Primrose Blush, Sheer Radiant Luminizer and The Perfect Mist Moisture Spray).

Eyes: When skin is sensual and bronze, keep eyes clean and simple. Sweep a neutral shadow over lids, and concentrate on lashes. A curling mascara in a glossy black shade will make eyes look wide and polished without you going overboard on liner.

Lips: Summer is all about luminous lips. You don't want your lips to feel "dressed". Therefore, look for a lightweight gloss in any of the season's pastel shades such as peach, coral, or pale pink (must have lip beauty colors: Lipstick: Malt, Just Coral, Mango Tango, Candied Cocoa, Naturally Pink; Irresistible Lip Gloss: Apricot, Innocent, Blush, Latte, or Orange Fizz, Satin Lip Gloss: Nearly Nude, Blossom, Pink Gold, Nude Shine, Crystaline, and our fabulous Lip Satin Conditioner).

6(Six) On-the-Go Summer Essentials:

1. Water keeps you hydrated and cool.
2. Blush is the easiest way to look pretty and radiant.
3. Bronzer makes you look healthy and relaxed.
4. Lip Satin Conditioner protects your lips from summer heat chapping.
5. Lip Gloss for instant shine and color.
6. Perfect Mist Moisture Spray to freshen and hydrate skin.

Dark Eyes Circle

Tired or blue or purple eye circles, choose an eyeshadow crystals in a golden brown shade; if the circle are yellow, pick an irredescent taupe like taupe eyeshadow crystal. The light reflecting properties draw attention to the upper eyelids. Apply one layer of color, then finish with a liner shadow and mascara on the top lids and lashes only.
EYES: When skin is sensual and bronze, keep eyes clean and simple. Sweep a neutral shadow over lids, and concentrate on lashes. A curling mascara in a glossy black shade will make eyes look wide and polished without you going overboard on liner.

*A flat eyeliner brush has synthetic bristles, which help prevent makeuo overload. If the eyeshadow is too heavy, it can end up below the eyes, creating more darkness.

Beauty Tips for Spring

Lighten Up Your Makeup

As spring approaches, it's the perfect time to put away heavy winter makeup and start your transition into a warm-weather face! Here are10 ways to do it:

1.  Start with bronzer. Dust a light shade of bronzer onto cheekbones and chin for a warm-but-not-too-summery look. (Hot picks: Satin Glow)

2. Ditch heavy liner. Dark eyeliner pencil is too heavy for spring. Instead, go a shade lighter   (slate gray, warm chocolate, green, purple or navy) and apply with a light hand. (Hot picks: slate, brownie, foxy, y so blue; Eyeliner pencils: navy blue, silver stone, cocoa ,brown, golden khaki, purple, fig, peacock)

3. Pick brighter blush. Like bronzer, bright blush gives your skin spring warmth without being too obvious. (Hot picks: sorbet, precious pink, primrose, terra cota, satin mauve)

4. Go light on powder. For spring, go a little dewier by dusting the lightest veil of translucent powder over skin so your natural shine comes through a bit. (hot picks: Sheer Radiant Luminizer)

5. Add gold shimmer. A hint of gold warms up any complexion. Use your finger or brush to swipe a gold shadow under brows or even across cheekbones for a true glow. (Hot picks: Gold bronze, Golden Girls, Dream gold, Sensual, Natural)

6. Soft lip liner colors. Liner can be used to give your lips a precise shape, but in spring, use soft lip liner colors for a much more natural look. (Hot picks: Sandstone, Sandy pink, Pink glaze, Melon, Rose)

7. Try colored shadow. This spring we see two distinct looks in eye makeup: sweet and sultry. The first spectrum of hues is like a bouquet of flowers: a riot of violet, pink, peach, teal, blue and soft green. Vivid, delicate and giddily feminine, these colors are truly wearable because they're offered in such sheer formulations. Pair with smoke or chocolate mascara.

8. Wear moisturizing lip color. Look for formulas labeled "moisturizing" or "shine." Both give full coverage, but have a bit of shine to them, giving lips a soft look for spring. (Hottest colors: malt, candied cocoa, mango tango, naturally pink, passion pink, pansy pink, daring, mirage)

9. Go for gloss. Lip gloss is probably the easiest way to lighten makeup as the season changes. Top your cream lipstick with a touch of gloss, or, for weekends, try a pink or orange gloss on its own. (hottest irresistible lip colors: latte, apricot, blush, orange fizz, innocent ; hottest satin lip glosses: nearly nude, pink gold, blossom, crystalline)

10. Go for finishing powder and The Perfect Mist moisture spray for touch-ups and to instantly restore the natural moisture of your skin from any environmental stress.

JADE eyeshadow crystal is blended all around the eye -- from lash to crease, and along the lower lash line and DREAM GOLD eyeshadow crystal is applied to the inner corner of the eye.

PURPLE JAM eyeshadow crystals is blended onto the crease, applied to the outside corner in a V shape, and extended out to the temple.

DENIM BLUE eyeshadow crystals is applied from top of crease to brow bone, to crease, and along the lower lash line -- and SPARKLING GOLD eyeshadow crystal shadow is applied to the inner corner of the eye. Apply a generous amount of mascara for a more dramatic effect.

GREEN EYES: Define, color and shadow your eyes naturally, with four perfectly coordinated shades of green - the option is endless, and they're all naturally beautiful. Eyes are smoldering and metallic. Emphasize your EYES! DILL crushed eyeshadows mixed with MINT or JADE eyeshadow crystals. Followed by BeLeeVe liner shadow ENVY is the best way to go.

iShadow Crystals: BeLeeVe eye shadow colors with a touch of shimmer. Can be used under or over your favorite eye shadow color. Sheen color with a highlighting effect. Can be worn wet or dry. By using wet will create a foiled effect. It can be combined with body moisturizer for all over body shimmer. Can be mixed in clear nail polish for shimmery color on nails or toes. Girls just want to have fun eye make-up colours.

iShadow Eye Colors: naturalMinerals eye shadows are the most versatile shadows for eyes. A sheer might look opaque but when apply it on your skin, it's practically translucent and see-through. These, soft, creamy hint-of-a-tint hues are a key factor if you want color without going all-out. For a subtle but sophisticated look, apply a pale sheer color over lids and a deeper neutral shade in the crease.

1. Glowy skin: Spritz on the perfect mist moisture spray for an initial dose of moisture, then velvet veil foundation primer over your face and neck. "You'll get this toned, luminous effect after a minute or so.

2. Subtle smoky eyes: Try the brownie or berry brown liner shadow! There's nobody it isn't flattering on. You want it soft enough to use on the inner rim of your eye--and waterproof. Wiggle your liner right into the lashline, all the way around. Then draw a cat-eye-ish wedge that extends from the outer third of your eyes.

3. Defined brows: Rub a little of the same liner on your ring finger and glide it over each eye brow. It will really give an amazing, faint tint just enough to make your brows look polished and defined.

4. Swipe on a pink shade lip gloss and you're done. Get gorgeous! you deserve it.

Define your jaw line: why hide behind a turtle neck when face saving angles are only a mineral powder away?  Slim fast by using a fluffy brush like our ultimate short handled face brush, blend powder in a shade two hues darker than your skin just below your chin.

Make skin glow, add shine: skin that seems to glisten naturally usually involves a little artificial sparkle. Apply our fabulous makeup luminizer to cheek and brow bones and to the bridge of your nose. We recommend angelic peach luminizer for fair complexion and Extravagant Bronze.

Get cheeky: just because you don't have a killer bone structure doesn't mean you can't fake it. Create the illusion of chiseled cheek bones and give your face a lift. Start soft with our velvet veil foundation primer to smooth the skin's surface to help flushed, dewy look stay put. Then, add contour by using two shades of cheek blush colors. Swirl a rosy hue on the apples, then blend a shade of bronze below the cheek bones. The result is a pretty definition and baby-like fullness.

Get shiny: a bit of gloss on the center of your lower lip and cupids bow shape gives the appearance of fullness.  Try irresistible lip gloss apricot and irresistible lip gloss latte.

Plump your lips: the perfect kisser is cushiony and plush with a whisper of color - not overly inflated or sharply defined.
